PARKING AVAILABLE UPON DEMAND The apartment is in a Sevillian house, very quiet and bright. Its location in a quiet area of the monumental area of the city, make this apartment an ideal place to visit the city and also to rest.
Our apartment is two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a large double bed (1.50mx1.90m) and the second bedroom has two single beds measuring 0.80mx 1.90m. Both bedrooms have a closet where you can leave your clothes. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, refrigerator and microwave with grill. In the kitchen there is space for a table to eat. The living room has a comfortable sofa, table and television, where you can rest quietly. The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS:
It is a Sevillian house that is organized around a patio where there is a fountain, with a distribution gallery. It has an elevator that connects with the first floor, which is where the apartment is located. On the roof there are clotheslines where you can hang your clothes.
The parking we have available for our guests is in the building in front of our apartment (5 meters away). It is a parking lot in a private building, so it is safe and comfortable. Its price of € 10 per night of stay is not included in the price offered and will be paid upon arrival. To guarantee parking you must reserve it by sending a message.

A member of our guest reception team will welcome you to the apartment. We speak Spanish and English.
We know the city perfectly and will give you the best advice on where to go. We will also explain how the apartment works and we will give you some good advice on monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows.
During your stay I will be at your disposal in case you need me for anything. We love doing this because in Seville we love our city, and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That is why we are going to ask you for 2 favors.
1.- If you have a problem with the operation of something in the apartment, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If you have a problem in the city, if you have any questions about how to get something, any advice about the city, etc. we ask you to let us know. We will be happy to help you.
I will be available by sms, wattsapp, by mail or by phone during your stay. I live 20 minutes from the apartment, so in case of need I can be in the apartment in no time.
We have gotten some discounts so that our guests can enjoy a flamenco show or a pleasant walk along the Guadalquivir river at a lower price than usual.
In the house we have 6 house rules:
1. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment and have pets staying in it. If you need to smoke, do so on the terrace or on the street, but never in the common areas of the building.
2. Respect the rest of our Neighbors. Let's help maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise at rest hours (23:00 to 9:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00) are totally prohibited
3. Before leaving, use the dishwasher to clean all kitchen utensils and kitchenware. We have left dishwasher tablets under the kitchen sink.
4. Deposit the garbage you have generated in the containers on the street before leaving on the day of Departure. We will inform you where the closest container is located.
5. Make a rational use of the Air Conditioning. Use it only when you are at home and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we help the environment, but equipment will work better when you really need it.
6. The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the house. If you do laundry, please store it on the terrace or inside the apartment.
With the clear intention of complying with our tax obligations and in accordance with decree 28/2016 of February 2, regarding housing for tourist purposes, we have to sign a lease agreement that includes the conditions of your stay (price, hours of check-in and check-out, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc). All conditions correspond to the house rules and other specifications included in this announcement. Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of both the owner and the guests according to tourist regulations.
If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, you only have to indicate the tax information to which we must issue the invoice and we will deliver it to you during the reception at the apartment.
