APARTMENT
This modern and stylish Loft is part of a set of 3 Independent Lofts located on the ground floor of a building facing Calle Torneo, on the banks of the Guadalquivir River and facing Isla de la Cartuja. The Loft, located on the ground floor of an exposed brick building from the 1950s, is the product of the transformation of an old workshop with very high ceilings and a rectangular floor plan into an open space with a certain industrial flavor, where the quality of the materials and construction were the premises to create this space designed so that our guests feel the experience of staying in a modern Loft.
The entrance to the Loft is from a large opening that overlooks Calle Torneo and has a small entrance patio that functions as a hall or hallway. The entire façade that leads to this space is a large glass pane made up of very high-performance carpentry that guarantees both acoustic and thermal comfort, and gives the Loft great lighting.
The main space of the Loft is the living room - dining room - kitchen. It is a rectangular space where the height of the ceilings and the white painted brick walls give it its industrial and modern character. The living area is located closer to the entrance and has a comfortable sofa that is a sofa bed. A large 49-inch Smart TV dominates this space which, together with a dining table for 4 people, complete the furniture in the living room. The TV has Netflix pre-installed. If you are Netflix/HBO etc users you can use your code to enjoy your series and movies.
The kitchen is attached to a side facing the ground floor bathroom and the stairs to the upper bedroom. This kitchen has extensive equipment (washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, large refrigerator with large freezer, nesspresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, etc). In front of the kitchen we have a small high table for breakfast. There is enough kitchenware for 5 people. We have wine glasses and a dishwasher to clean the kitchenware. We will leave you tablets for the dishwasher. We also have a washer/dryer, although you must bring your own detergent.
The bedrooms are located at the back of the Loft, in the quietest and quietest area, facing an interior garden patio where there is a commemorative marble plaque, from where they are illuminated and ventilated. Each of the bedrooms has a 160 x 190 double bed made up of two 80 x 190 single beds, so it is possible to install them separately. They also have built-in wardrobes, and in the master bedroom there is a small safe hidden inside. Both bedrooms have darkening systems.
The bathrooms, one located on the ground floor opposite the kitchen and the second on the mezzanine floor where one of the bedrooms is located, are equipped with a large shower. They have an air extraction system to the outside.
The loft is equipped with an efficient cooling, heating and hot water system through aerothermal equipment. Likewise, it has an automatic environmental renewal system, which renews the air inside the Loft, preserving the existing temperature through heat recovery. It also has an exclusive and free Wi-Fi network for the apartment.
The parking space assigned to this apartment is not in the same building where the apartment is located. It is in a public car park where we have reserved a space for you. Although the car park is located 500 metres from the apartment (about 5 minutes walk) we believe that it is the best option for several reasons: Any type of car is suitable, it is a guarded car park, you can enter and leave as many times as you like, you do not need to pick up or return the keys at the apartment to access the car park and,if your car is electric, you can recharge it on the premises (cost of the supply not included).As we indicated, if you wish, you can park the car directly in the car park and then take your suitcases to the apartment or, if it is more convenient for you, leave the suitcases in the apartment first and then take the car to the car park (our recommendation).
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
Exterior and independent apartment, with direct access from the street, which does not require passing through common areas of the building.
Upon arrival you will find the beds made up, a shower towel per guest and a hand towel and a shower mat in the bathroom. In the bathroom we will leave courtesy hygienic products, such as some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also find courtesy products in the kitchen, such as some coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, napkins. We will also leave cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap, and various cleaning products (washing machine soap is excluded). All of these bed and bath linens and products are complimentary and will not be replenished during your stay.
During your stay you can request the services of cleaning the apartment, periodic cleaning for longer stays, change of bed linen and towels, additional towels, child care service, home medical care service or test performance service. PCR approved to travel by plane. All these services have an additional cost. For stays of 8 nights or more, we will leave an additional set of sheets and towels free of charge.
ATTENTION TO GUESTS
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That is why we are going to ask you two favors.
1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If upon your arrival at the apartment you find any defect in the cleanliness or in the state of the apartment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will correct it as soon as possible.
3.- If you have any problem in the city, any doubt about how to get something, you need some advice about Seville, etc, we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.

In any case, we have prepared extensive documentation for you where you can find recommendations and information of all kinds about means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, some delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show.
We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers, useful telephone numbers and of course maps and recommended visits, especially taking into account the tastes of the smallest of the house, with a specific guide for them.
We love doing this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS
For us it is very important that everything is organized upon your arrival, but unforeseen events always arise. We kindly ask you to provide us with the telephone number that you bring to Seville, as well as your email to contact you in case of need. It is very easy to communicate with us through whatsapp or through the application of the platform you are using
The keys will be handed over from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you need the keys to be handed over before or after these hours, contact us and we will do everything possible to adjust to your needs. For Check in there are two possibilities. Enter through codes (we will leave the key in a locker that is opened by means of a code) or a face-to-face reception at the apartment. This second option is free from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For arrivals before 3:00 p.m. and after 9:00 p.m. a fee of € 30 will be charged for early / late check in. Tickets by code are free at any time. Early check-ins are subject to availability.
Once your accommodation is finished, if there is no scheduled entry on the same date, you will have flexible hours to leave the apartment and thus enjoy your last day in our city more comfortably.
HOUSE RULES: The Apartment has 4 basic rules:
1.- Everything you see in the apartment you can use (household goods, food and drinks) but you must leave it in the same place and clean before leaving.
2.- It is a NON-SMOKING apartment. Please help us to keep the apartment environment clean.
3.- Before leaving, you have to throw the garbage in the containers located on the street.
4.- Parties in the apartment and on the terrace are FORBIDDEN, as well as noise after 24:00. We need you to help us maintain a cordial coexistence with our neighbors. Failure to comply with this last rule will empower the owner to immediately cancel the stay and request the payment of the deposit as compensation.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Torneo street is in the neighborhood of Seville known as San Vicente, located between the Guadalquivir river and the Alameda de Hércules. Tournament Street is a facade of the historic center of Seville towards the Guadalquivir River. After the important modification of the street in the 90s due to the celebration of Expo 92, the buildings on this street gained a lot of quality, since a magnificent promenade was created on the banks of the Guadalquivir, with wide spaces that have a large promenade, on two levels, one of them at the level of the river, very pleasant and quiet, as well as frequented by lovers of walking, running, cycling, paddle surfing, rowing or fishing. You can also take a leisurely walk across the river over the Barqueta bridge, and reach Isla Mágica, just 750 meters on foot from the apartment, or visit the Isla de la Cartuja, and enjoy its leisure offer.
Torneo street marks one of the limits of the historic center of Seville and the wall of Seville was located in front of the Guadalquivir river. There are still some vestiges of this wall where the Royal gate was located. The neighborhood, being on one of the limits of the historic center, is very accessible from Torneo street, where you can park or use public transport that will connect you with bus stations, airport, train station and other areas of the city. .

We will propose several different routes, from the apartment, to walk and discover the neighborhood, the historic center, and the Paseo del Guadalquivir. Routes that will take you through the streets and squares of the center, with which you will discover its many monuments and places of interest. Enjoy the walk to the Plaza de las Encarnación where the Mushrooms are located (1.2 km); or to the Cathedral (1.8 km), Giralda, Reales Alcázares or Barrio de Santa Cruz (1.8 km). Also on foot you can walk to the Museum of Fine Arts (7 minutes, 650 meters); or get to Triana (1.3 km), walking in front of the river. ADDRESSES
Very fast access to the main train station (Santa Justa). To come from the train station to the apartment you must take the bus line 21 (ticket price €1.50 per person) and get off at the PLAZA DE ARMAS STATION stop. The apartment is a 5 minute walk across the street. To return from the apartment to the train station, you must take the same bus 21 at the Plaza de Armas bus station (outside the station) and get off at the train station.
To come from the airport there is only one bus (EA). It has a price of €4.00 per person and journey. The closest stop is the last one (Plaza de Armas Bus Station) And from there a short walk to the apartment
Taxis from the airport have a fixed rate from the airport to any point in the city. Its price varies depending on the schedule (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm it costs €22.20. Other times €24.75) and the maximum number of passengers is 4.
You can walk the entire historic center, with pleasant distances to walk. On Calle Torneo, almost in front of the apartment, you have stops for the circular bus lines that run through the historic round and Triana. They are lines C4 and C3 that will take you near most of the monuments. To go from the apartment to the monuments, take the C4 on the sidewalk in front of the apartment and get off at the Torre del Oro or at the university if you are going to see the Plaza de España. Use the C3 to go back to the apartment. There is also a taxi rank (next to the gas station), and a public bike and electric scooter service, so it is perfectly and easily connected to the entire city.
