In an excellent location, between the busy and lively Plaza de la Alfalfa and Seville Cathedral, we have lovingly prepared this quiet, spacious and comfortable one-bedroom apartment ideal for couples, perfectly connected to the airport and train station and just only 3 minutes walk from the Cathedral of Seville. Located in a very quiet alley, it is surrounded by the best restaurants, tapas bars and shops in the city. It is fully equipped to make your visit to Seville an unforgettable experience. Building with Elevator. PARKING INCLUDEDin the reservation. It is located in a private parking lot located 8 minutes walk away. Please read the parking conditions before booking

ACCOMMODATION

We have prepared our apartment to make your stay in Seville an unforgettable experience. This charming, quiet and spacious 1-bedroom apartment is equipped with everything you need to make your stay in it fantastic.

Our living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for two people that opens very easily. We have prepared a table for 4 diners at one end of the room so that breakfasts and meals are more comfortable and very pleasant. The television is Smart TV. It also has free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and split air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything necessary to cook for a couple or a small family of 3 members. In the kitchen there is a free access washing machine for our guests (don't forget to bring your own laundry soap). The kitchen overlooks a small patio for better ventilation.

In the bedroom, which overlooks a small and quiet community patio, we have prepared a comfortable double bed and a large closet to store clothes. It is so spacious that it allows stays of several months.

The bathroom is outside the bedroom and has a large shower with screen. We can install a baby cot in the bedroom.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS

It is a building that finished its reform at the end of 2008, so the construction qualities are current. Details and aesthetics were taken care of. It is a reinterpretation of the Sevillian patio with a current language. The patio can be used by guests. It is only worth remembering that it is a building with an elevator and access ramps to the building, so people with mobility difficulties can access it without problems.

Upon arrival you will find the bed prepared, a shower towel per guest and in the bathroom a hand towel and a mat for the shower. In the bathroom we will leave courtesy hygiene products, such as some toilet paper rolls, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also find courtesy products in the kitchen, such as some coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, napkins. These products are complimentary and will not be replenished during your stay. We will also leave cleaning products such as dishwasher soap and various cleaning products (washing machine soap is excluded). We do not have daily room service, so we cannot replace products or clean the apartment daily or change bed and bathroom linen. For stays of 8 nights or more we will leave an additional set of sheets and towels at no cost

During your stay you can request, well in advance, the cleaning services of the apartment, periodic cleaning for longer stays, bed linen and towel change service, additional towels, child care service, home health care service or PCR test performance service approved for air travel. All these services have an additional cost.

PARKING CONDITIONS:

The parking is in the basement -2 of a private parking lot located on Cano Cueto street, 600 meters walk from the apartment (8 minutes). This car park is located on the outer edge of the old town so access is easy. It is a modern parking lot so the plaza, the distribution street and the ramp are easy to maneuver. However, the streets to get to the apartments are VERY narrow so we recommend that you follow our instructions to park on the nearby street 'Cabeza del Rey don Pedro nº 30', unload your suitcases and walk to the apartment that is located 87 meters away. From that point, arrival at the parking lot is very simple.

The space is sufficient for any car, although it is NOT SUITABLE for vans of any size. If you finally decide not to use the parking lot for any reason (size of the vehicle, not feeling comfortable with the dimensions of the garage or access, early return of the rental vehicle, etc.) you will not be entitled to any compensation. Non-use of the garage does not give the right to a reduction in the rental price of the apartment. The use of the parking space is included in reservations made after October 10, 2023.Previous reservations may use the space by paying an amount of €15/night

ATTENTION TO GUESTS

We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That is why we are going to ask you two favors.

1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.

2.- If you have any problem in the city, any doubt about how to get something, you need some advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.

Our Check-in team will be reachable throughout your stay by phone or by messaging the application. Our guest reception team will give you some advice about monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They will try to answer all the questions of our guests.

In any case, we have prepared extensive documentation for you where you can find all kinds of recommendations and information about means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show. We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers, telephone numbers of interest and of course maps and recommended visits, especially taking into account the tastes of the smallest members of the family, with a specific guide for them. We love doing this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

OTHER REMARKABLE ASPECTS

In the house we have 5 house rules:

1. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment and to have pets staying in it. If you need to smoke, do it on the balcony or in the street, but never in the common areas of the building.

2. Respect the rest of our Neighbors. Let's help maintain harmony in the building. Parties are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We ask you to pay attention not to make noise during rest hours (11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

3. Deposit the garbage that you have generated before leaving on the day of Departure in the street containers. We will inform you where the nearest container is located.

4. Make rational use of Air Conditioning. Use it only when you are at home and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we help the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really need it.

5. The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the house. If you do laundry, we ask you to store it on the terrace or inside the apartment.

For us it is very important that everything is organized upon your arrival, but unforeseen events always arise. Please provide us with the telephone number and an email that you bring to Seville, as well as your email to contact you in case of need. It is very easy to communicate with us by phone or through the application of the channel through which you have made the reservation

For the delivery of keys you can choose the method that best suits your needs. You can request an in-person key delivery and a member of our reception team will wait for you at the apartment. This option is available and free between 15:00 and 21:00. Outside these hours, this face-to-face option has a cost of €40.00. The second option is to enter the apartment with a code. This option is always free at any time. If you choose this option, we will contact you a few days before to provide you with the information and request the data for admission.

Early Check in / Late Check out service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.If on the day of your arrival in Seville you want to enter the apartment before the time set for handing over the keys (3:00 p.m.) and ONLY if there is availability, we can offer you an early check-in for a small supplement of €30.00 for tickets before from 2:00 p.m. On the other hand, if on the day of your departure you need to make a late departure (after 11.00 am) we can offer you the Late Check out service, ONLY if there is availability, for a small supplement of €30.00 for departures after 12.00, although the maximum time to stay in the apartment is 18.00

If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, all you have to do is indicate the tax information to which we should issue the invoice and we will deliver it to you by email the day you leave the apartment.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is located on Corral del Rey street, in a typical alley of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, halfway between the busy and lively Plaza de la Alfalfa and the Seville Cathedral. The Plaza de la Alfalfa is a meeting place for the Sevillians and in it you will find numerous bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, an optician, a bakery, a confectionery, a supermarket that opens 7 days a week until 10:30 p.m., a bus stop taxis, a famous butcher shop and a children's play area.

A 3-minute walk away is the Cathedral of Seville, the third largest Cathedral in the World after Saint Peter's Basilica in Rome and Saint Paul's Cathedral in London. It is also the largest Gothic cathedral in the world. Next to the Cathedral is the Alcazar of Seville, the palace of the Muslim royalty that reigned over the kingdom of Seville for 8 centuries and that inspired the Patio de los Leones in the Alhambra in Granada. Between both monuments, which are barely 200 meters apart, is the Archivo de Indias, a place where all the documentation on trips to the New World from 1492 until well into the 17th century is kept. These three buildings, the Cathedral, the Archive of the Indies and the Alcazar of Seville, were declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.

Just a 10-minute walk away you have the Plaza de la Encanación market, a modern and famous building known as Las Setas where you will find quality fresh products. It is also 5 minutes from the main shops of the city, and the golden mile of Seville. In it you will find all the most important and significant stores that are in the city. It is the Shopping Area of the Historic Center of the city.

From the nearby Calle Imagen (5 minutes on foot), you can access the bus that leaves you at the Santa Justa train station, and from there, if you need it, take the bus that takes you to the airport. Its perfect connection to the train station and airport is the icing on the cake of its excellent location. Also from the Cathedral you can take the tram that takes you to the Prado de San Sebastian where you have connections to the train station and the airport bus

HOW TO MOVE

The apartment is ideal for getting around the city on foot. If you come to Seville by car, we recommend that you contact us so that we can find one of the car parks that we have available in the city or we can indicate the closest and/or cheapest public car park.

The cheapest and best way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. You must take the Special Airport line (EA) right at the stop that you will see when you leave the Arrivals door. The duration is 15 min. Approximately. The ticket price is €4.00. The frequency is 23 minutes and it is operating from 4:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. You must get off at the 'Santa Justa Station' stop. There you have to take bus number 32, towards Plaza del Duque and get off at the 'Imagen' stop. The duration is 15 min. approx. The ticket price is €1.50. Afterwards, you must walk 4 min. Up to the apartment.

The taxi is more comfortable, but it is a little more expensive (around €24-30). A rate is established for trips from the airport to any place in the city of Seville, from Monday to Friday €22 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays €24.50. They can charge luggage accessories, although it is not usual.

We have recently reached an agreement with a transport service to be able to offer a pick-up service at the airport. The driver would be waiting at the Arrivals door of the Seville airport and would take you directly to the apartment. To make the reservation we only need to know the flight number, landing time and the name and first surname of the person making the reservation. The service fee is similar to taking a taxi at the airport queue (€35 for a transfer of 4 passengers and €65 for a transfer of up to 6 passengers). If you want I can reserve it for you.
