For this we have equipped it with everything we think you may need, including centralized air conditioning, partitions in bathrooms, fixed dispensers with soap, fully clothed fitted wardrobes, Wi-Fi and on-demand television with international channels, being open to as many suggestions as you could estimate. timely to help us improve.
The apartment is located on Pureza street, one of the liveliest streets in the Triana neighborhood and is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
The main space of the apartment is undoubtedly your living room. Very spacious and bright and connected to our modern kitchen. An ideal space to share rest periods with companions, families and friends during your visit to our city.
The living room also has a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, prepare a coffee, taste a bottle of wine or simply have breakfast at the kitchen bar.
The bedrooms are located inside the house, facing the inner courtyards of the building, so resting will not be a problem in our apartment. The main bedroom has a double bed measuring 150 x 200 centimeters. The secondary bedroom has two single bed
s, 190x90 centimeters. Both bedrooms have wardrobes for clothes. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Once your accommodation is finished, if there is no planned entry on the same date, you will have time flexibility to leave the apartment and thus enjoy your last day in our city with more comfort.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our apartment is very close to the Guadalquivir River, in the Historic District of Seville and within the Triana District, one of the most famous in the world, cradle of great flamingos, bullfighters and potters.
It is very well located to enjoy the processions of Holy Week, the famous April Fair and a bullfight.
Very close to the apartment there is a supermarket of the Mercadona chain, open every day from 9.30 to 21.30 except Sundays. Very close to the apartment there is a square where you can find 3 bars, all with good tapas and good fried fish
ADDRESSES
It is a quiet street but at the same time very close to all the places of interest and surrounded by all the services you may need, without having to resort to a different means of transport to your own legs, if you wish. In any case, you are close to bus, taxi and metro stops.
To visit the city center we recommend that you walk to the Torre del Oro. All the monuments of the city are in that area.
The best and cheapest way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. The stop called 'Torre del Oro' is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. If you wish I can send you a map with the route to get from the bus stop to the house. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, whose stop is at the exit of the arrival area. The frequency is 23 minutes and is operating from 4:30 to 0:00. The price is € 4.00 per person and trip and the journey time is approximately 30 minutes to the stop called 'Torre del Oro'. The taxi is more comfortable, but it is a bit more expensive (around € 24 € -30)
From the Santa Justa train station there is no good connection with buses to the apartment. There are two options to take a taxi. (whatever the meter + € 1.40 supplement). The second option is, If you arrive in Seville by AVE, you should know that you have a commuter train ticket included in each ticket. Take the line that takes you to San Bernardo (one stop). When you leave the station of San Bernardo go to the subway and take the line direction city expo and get off at the 'Plaza de Cuba' stop and from there a short 3 minute walk to the apartment.
We have recently reached an agreement with a transportation service to be able to offer a pick-up service at the airport. The driver would be waiting at the Arrivals door of the Seville airport and would take you directly to the apartment. To make the reservation we only need to know the flight number, landing time and the name and first surname of the person making the reservation. The service fee is similar to taking a taxi in the airport queue (€ 30 for a transfer of 4 passengers and € 60 for a transfer of up to 6 passengers). If you want I can reserve it for you.
