LS Quiet Apartment for Digital Nomads. Great location

SUMMARY

We present our quiet, bright and excellently located apartment, ideal for digital nomads or remote workers. Located in an area with a high level of services (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment venues, etc.) next to the financial district of the city, but also close to the monumental area. This apartment has all the comforts for both a digital nomad and a couple or a family of 3 members. It has a workstation and high-speed and very stable fiber internet. This home has been recently renovated and fully furnished. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room - kitchen - dining room. The building has an elevator.

THE SPACE

This is an apartment that was completely renovated less than a year ago and furnished, so the installations, coverings, furniture and appliances are new. It is an apartment located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and is distributed through a gallery that opens onto a very bright and quiet courtyard.

It has a living-dining room-kitchen located at the entrance of the apartment. The living room has a sofa, side table, TV and a dining table for 3 people. The kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and ceramic hob, is perfectly equipped with small appliances and kitchenware for a longer stay of our guests.

The main bedroom has a large and very comfortable bed measuring 150 x 200 centimetres with two pillows per bed. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe where you can leave your clothes and two bedside tables. The window, which looks out onto a very quiet neighbours' courtyard, has blinds to darken the room. The second bedroom has a single bed measuring 90 x 200 and, like the double bed, is equipped with two pillows of different hardness. In the single bedroom we have placed a work table next to the window and a wardrobe similar to the one in the other room.

Like the rest of the apartment, the bathroom has been completely renovated, both in terms of its fixtures and fittings and cladding. We have installed a large shower with a rain shower, as well as a toilet and a sink with drawers underneath. The apartment's washing machine is located in the bathroom.


SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS

The building does not have common areas that can be used by guests, only the distribution gallery, the stairs, the elevator and the courtyard where the building is accessed. As we said, the building has an elevator and our apartment is on the first floor. The building's terrace is communal and can be used to hang clothes

Upon arrival you will find the beds made up, a shower towel for each guest and in the bathroom a hand towel and a shower mat. In the bathroom we will leave complimentary hygiene products, such as some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also find complimentary products in the kitchen, such as some coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, napkins. These products are complimentary and will not be replenished during your stay. We will also leave cleaning products such as dishwashing soap and various cleaning products (washing machine soap is excluded). All bed and bath linen and products are complimentary and will not be replaced during your stay.

During your stay you can request the services of Apartment Cleaning, Periodic Cleaning for longer stays, Bed linen and towel change service, additional towels, Babysitting service, Home Medical Care service or PCR test service approved for air travel. All these services have an additional cost. We do not have daily room service, so we cannot replenish products or clean the apartment daily or change bed and bath linen. For stays of 8 nights or more we will leave an additional set of sheets and towels at no cost.

GUEST ATTENTION

Access to the apartment is preferably done independently, using a virtual key, both to access the building and to access the apartment. To receive the virtual key, guests over 14 years old must register in advance. Don't worry, we will send you the instructions. If you wish, we can organize a face-to-face check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. You just have to tell us your arrival time and a member of the reception team will be in the building waiting for you.

During your stay I will be at your disposal in case you need me for anything. We love doing this because in Seville we love our city, and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. To do so, we will ask you for 2 favors.

1.- If you have any problem with the operation of something in the apartment, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good review.

2.- If you have any problems in the city, if you have any questions about how to get something, any advice about the city, etc., please let us know. We will be happy to help you.

Our check-in team will be available throughout your stay by phone. Our guest reception team will give you some advice about monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They will try to answer all our guests' questions.

In any case, we have prepared for you extensive documentation where you can find recommendations and information of all kinds about means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, some delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show. We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centres, useful telephone numbers and of course maps and recommended visits, taking into account especially the tastes of the little ones in the house, with a specific guide for them. We love doing this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

OTHER OUTSTANDING ASPECTS

We have 5 house rules in the apartment:

  1. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and pets are not allowed. If you need to smoke, do so on the terrace or in the street, but never in the common areas of the building.
  2. Respect the rest of our neighbors. Let us help maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise during rest hours (11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are strictly prohibited.
  3. Deposit the garbage you have generated before leaving on the day of departure in the street containers. We will inform you where the nearest container is.
  4. Make rational use of the air conditioning. Use it only when you are in the apartment and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we be helping the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really need it.
  5. The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the apartment. If you do laundry, we ask that you hang it on the terrace or inside the apartment.

It is very important for us that everything is organized upon your arrival, but unforeseen events always arise. Please provide us with the telephone number and an email address that you bring to Seville, as well as your email address so that we can contact you in case of need. It is very easy to communicate with us by phone or through the application of the channel through which you made the reservation.


For the delivery of keys, you can choose the method that best suits your needs. You can request a face-to-face delivery of keys and a member of our reception team will wait for you at the apartment. This option is available and is free between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, this face-to-face option costs €40.00. The second option is to enter the apartment with a code. This option is always free at any time. If you choose this option, we will contact you a few days before to provide you with the information and request your details for admission.

Early Check in / Late Check out service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.If on the day of your arrival in Seville you want to enter the apartment before the time set for the delivery of keys (15.00) and ONLY if there is availability, we can offer you an early check in for a small supplement of €30.00 for check-in before 14.00. On the other hand, if on the day of your departure you need to make a late check-out (after 11.00 am) we can offer you the Late Check-out service, ONLY if there is availability, for a small supplement of €30.00 for check-outs after 12.00, although the maximum time of stay in the apartment is 18.00.

If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, you only need to tell us the tax details to whom we should issue the invoice and we will give it to you during the reception at the apartment.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Alfonso XXI Street has always been the western exit of the city towards the River. This area of ​​the city is characterized by being the commercial area where Sevillians go to do their fashion shopping. It is also the business and financial center of the city since the headquarters of the most important companies in the city are located there.

The area breathes life during business hours and the bars and restaurants in this area are among the most traditional in the city, such as the famous San Eloy patio or the San Eloy pantry. However, both the shops and the bars and restaurants are not noisy, since they are not bars or clubs, just places to have lunch or dinner. There are also many supermarkets in the area, including one that is open every day from 9:00 to 23:00 (even on Sundays)

You can find fashion shops, bakeries, ice cream parlours, takeaway rice shops, supermarkets, etc. Everything you need.

Very close to Calle Alfonso XII is Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, where public buses arrive. There you can take bus 32 which takes you directly to Santa Justa train station and from there to the airport by taking the EA bus.

DIRECTIONS

The most important monuments in the city are located at a distance of 15 minutes on foot. However, for those who prefer to use public transport, just 100 metres away, in the Plaza del Duque, there is a C5 bus stop which has stops next to the city's monuments (Casa Pilatos, Iglesia del Salvador, Cathedral and Giralda, Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, Torre del Oro, Palacio San Telmo, Plaza de España, Alcázar, Museum of Fine Arts, Alameda de Hércules, Mercado de la Calle Feria, Iglesia de San Luis de los Franceses and Metropol Parasol)

There are several public car parks in the vicinity, such as the 'SABA plaza de la concordia' car park or 'Aparcamientos Magdalena' or 'Aparcamientos Plaza Nueva'. The latter is the cheapest, around €20.00 per day. We also recommend the Arenal car park, where you can reserve your space at www.parkinglibre.com.

There are two ways to get to the apartment from the airport. The first is by bus. If you are going to take this option (the cheapest but the one that will take you the longest) you must take the Airport Bus to the Santa Justa train station. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, whose stop is at the exit of the arrivals area. The frequency is every 23 minutes and it operates from 4:30 to 0:00. The price is € 5.00 per person per trip and the journey time is approximately 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa. You can buy the ticket on the bus itself.

At the Santa Justa train station you must get off and look for the stop for bus number 32, which is about 100 meters towards the opposite side of the station. You have to take bus number 32 towards the city center (Plaza del Duque). The fare is € 1.40 per person. You can buy the ticket from the bus driver. You should get off at the last stop located in Plaza del Duque and walk about 3 minutes along Calle Silencio until you reach Calle San Eloy 25. You have a photo of the building's facade in the advertisement.

The second way (more expensive but more comfortable) to get from the airport to the apartment is by taxi. There is a set rate for trips from the airport to any point in the city of Seville. (Monday to Friday €23.00, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays €25. They may charge extra for suitcases although this is not usual).

We have recently reached an agreement with a transport service to be able to offer a pick-up service at the airport. The driver would be waiting at the arrivals gate of Seville airport and would take you directly to the apartment. He knows which apartment it is and would let us know when you have arrived so that we can be waiting at the door of the apartment. We only need to know the flight number, landing time and the first and last name of each of you. The price of the service is similar to taking a taxi from the airport queue (35€ for a transfer of 4 passengers) but a bit more convenient. If you want, I can book it for you.
