SUMMARY:

The Tourist Housing Building on Calle LEONCILLOS 14 has been completely renovated, both the houses and the common areas, to meet all the wishes of our guests. It has a total of 3 houses, one per floor connected with an elevator. It has a left-luggage service in the building that is free and exclusive for our guests. The building also has a terrace with a common solarium with sun loungers and a small pool exclusively for our guests. Likewise, parking spaces are offered in a nearby building (not included in the price). Access to the apartments can be done with codes. The LC1 apartment is located on the ground floor. Fully equipped to accommodate 6 guests distributed in three bedrooms with two bathrooms

THE SPACE

The apartment, which is accessible from the ground floor, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors. On the lower floor, corresponding to the ground floor of the building, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a good high-rise living room and a kitchen. Through a staircase located in the living room you go up to the mezzanine, where the master bedroom is located.

The main bedroom has a high quality double bed and double pillow, and has dimensions 150 x 200 cm. The other two bedrooms have high quality beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and double pillows. All rooms have a small closet / hanger to store clothes. All bedrooms have large windows to the street with devices to completely darken the room. In one of the bedrooms with single beds we have installed a desk for workaholics.

The living room is the most representative element of this apartment. It is spacious and has very high wooden ceilings. It has a large window that gives it light, but located elevated from the street to give it privacy. It has a 49-inch Smart TV, connected to the internet. There is an Ethernet connection for those who need a more stable connection during their stay. In the living room you have a large dining table for up to 6 people.

The kitchen is arranged next to the living room. It is an independent kitchen and is provided with all the necessary equipment to meet the needs of a group of 6 guests. In particular, it has a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob and microwave. We have equipped it with the necessary kitchenware and with the most common small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc). Finally, for lovers of good coffee we have arranged a Nespresso machine. We will leave some capsules on your arrival, although you can bring the one you like best.

The two bathrooms that the house has have similar characteristics and sizes. Both have large rain showers, a sink with drawers and a toilet. We have also installed towel warmers, both for the towels and for heating the bathroom. In the drawers of the sink you will find a hair dryer.

The qualities inside the houses are high. The floors of living rooms and bedrooms are made of wooden flooring to make them warmer in winter and cooler in summer. The windows are made of high-quality double-glazed PVC, to isolate the sound and maintain the temperature of the room. The wifi in the apartment is high speed and very stable, as it is a fiber optic installation. The air conditioning is centralized with a system in which the temperature in each room can be regulated or even turned off (Airzone system). The apartment has two hot water systems in case one should fail. The main one is a gas heater and the secondary one an electric storage heater. To access the apartment you can use the keyboard to enter the code or use the keys that we will give you.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS

The rehabilitation of the building has preserved and emphasized the defining elements of the building, modernizing all its services and facilities. In addition, the common areas have been used to provide new elements of service for our guests.

The building has three floors and has an elevator that connects them. There are 3 apartments in the building, one per floor.

On the terrace located on the second floor we have built a small pool to cool off and installed some terrace furniture to relax. From this terrace starts a staircase that takes us to a solarium equipped with sun loungers and artificial grass where you can enjoy views of Seville, and in particular of the cathedral and its Giralda. These elements are for the exclusive use of our guests of the building, so you will only share them with guests. The swimming pool and solarium terrace are open all year round. From April 1 to November 2, towels for the pool are included in the apartment linen.

We have equipped the building with common areas that add additional value to our guests. Making it possible for our guests to enter the building and their apartment independently seems essential to us and to have a left-luggage office at the service of our guests as well. Both combined make that arriving at the building and leaving the suitcases does not depend on the check in time and that on the day of returning home, our guests do not have to carry their luggage until the departure time of their flight or train.

We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That is why we are going to ask you for 2 favors.

1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

As we have indicated in the summary, parking is not included in the price. We only have 1 car park for 3 apartments, so if you want to reserve a car park for your stay, please let us know as soon as you can. It costs €15 per night and it is paid in cash on arrival. It is subject to availability.

For us it is very important that everything is organized upon your arrival, but unforeseen events always arise. We kindly ask you to provide us with the telephone number you bring to Seville, as well as your email to contact you in case of need. It is very easy to contact us through whatsapp or through email

For those guests who opt for an autonomous entrance to the apartment and prefer the independence of autonomous access, they should know that, so that we can send them the codes to access the building and the apartment, we will ask them to send us photos of the ID or Passports of guests over 16, and that without these documents we will not be able to generate the codes.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The building is on Calle Leoncillos, in the Santa Catalina neighborhood, around one of the old city gates (Puerta Osario), within the historic center of the city. This situation in the limits of the old walled city is an advantage when parking on the street and places it 10/15 minutes on foot from Seville's central train station (Santa Justa).

In the vicinity of the building is one of the most beautiful Neighbors' corrals that the city conserves, known as the Corral del Conde is just 200 meters from the building. Also very close to one of the most incredible Sevillian palaces in the city, the quot;Casa Pilatosquot; Palace located just 3 minutes from the building. The area is characterized by the large number of convents (currently in operation) that exist, where cakes and sweets are sold. The Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar are 12 minutes from the building. The modern mushrooms of Seville (Metropol Parasol) are also very close, just a 5-minute walk away.

In the Metropol there is a food market, for fresh products. There is also a large supermarket open from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday at 6 minutes and an express arrefour at 2 minutes that opens every day of the week from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

In the area there are good restaurants, such as Rinconcillo, Becerrita, Baco, el Traga, as well as traditional bars, such as Entre Dos Hermandades and Los Claveles. Also very close to the building you have two supermarkets, a small one that opens every day until 23:00 and a larger one that opens from Monday to Saturday until 9:30 p.m.

All this within a walking distance.

ADDRESSES

The most important Monuments of the city are located at a distance of 10/12 minutes on foot. However, for those who prefer to use public transport, just 100 meters from the building there is a C5 bus stop that connects the building with all the city's monuments (Casa Pilatos, Iglesia del Salvador, Cathedral and Giralda, Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, Torre del Oro, Palacio San Telmo, Plaza de España, Alcázar, Museum of Fine Arts, Alameda de Hércules, Mercado de la Calle Feria, Church of San Luis de los Franceses and Metropol Parasol)

From the airport there are two ways to get to the apartment. The first is by bus. If you are going to take this option (the cheapest but the one that will take you the longest) you must take the Airport Bus to the Santa Justa train station. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, whose stop is at the exit of the arrival area. The frequency is 23 minutes and it is operating from 4:30 to 0:00. The price is € 4.00 per person per trip and the duration of the journey is approximately 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa. You can buy the ticket on the same bus.

At the Santa Justa train station you should get off and look for the bus stop number 32, which is about 100 meters to the opposite side of the station. You have to take bus number 32 towards the city center (Plaza del Duque). The rate is € 1.40 for each person. The bus driver can buy the ticket. You must get off at the stop located on Calle Gonzalo Bilbao and walk in the same direction as the bus does for about 3 minutes along Calle Puñón Rostro until you reach Calle Leoncillos. You have a photo of the facade in the ad.

The second way (more expensive but more comfortable) to get from the airport to the apartment is by taxi. There is an established rate for journeys from the airport to any point in the city of Seville. (Monday to Friday € 22.00, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays € 24.5. They can charge supplements for suitcases although it is not usual).

We have recently reached an agreement with a Transfer company to be able to offer a pick-up service at the airport. The driver would be waiting at the Seville airport arrivals gate with a sign with your name on it and would take you directly to the apartment. He knows what the apartment is and will let us know when you have arrived so that we are waiting at the apartment door. We only need to know the flight number, landing time, as well as the name and first surname of each of you. The price of the service is similar to taking a taxi in the queue at the airport (€ 30 for a transfer of 4 passengers and € 60.00 for a minivan transfer for up to 6 passengers) but somewhat more comfortable. If you want I can reserve it for you.

If you are coming by car, next to the building there is a place where you can leave the car for a few minutes and unload your luggage. There are three options for parking: 1.- A nearby public car park that if you reserve before putting the car in, you can get a good price depending on the days you are going to spend in the city. 2.- Park on the street. There is a nearby area where you can park on the street, although at certain times of the year and depending on what hours it is easier to park. 3.- Ask us about the availability of parking in one of our nearby apartments. This is the cheapest option (€ 15 per night of stay) but is subject to availability.
