We present our magnificent apartment ideal for families due to its location in the city, its high-quality kitchen and bathroom equipment and its value for money. It has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, equipped kitchen and spacious living room located on the first floor of the building without elevator. If I had to highlight something about this apartment, it is its luminosity and the tranquility that is breathed in it. It has a small interior patio for the exclusive use of this apartment and a balcony overlooking the street.
SPACE
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Living room, kitchen and the two bedrooms have large windows facing the quiet Castellar street. The bathroom also has a window to the private patio for the exclusive use of this apartment. In it you can hang the laundry or enjoy the climate of the city.
The apartment has a good lounge where you can rest after visiting the city or where you can enjoy the company of your family or friends. From the living room there is access to the interior patio.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to meet the needs of the family. It has an oven and microwave. It also has a dishwasher and washing machine, a large refrigerator with a generous freezer, and a 4-burner ceramic hob to cook the favorite meals of the little ones. It has a wide kitchenware.
The bedrooms have quality beds and blinds to completely darken the room so you can rest. A powerful air conditioning unit located in the living room cools the house in summer.
The complete bathroom (sink, bidet, toilet and shower) is the necessary complement to make this apartment an ideal place for your family to stay.
Everything prepared with love, so that you can take with you the best memory of your stay in Seville. Ideal for both short and long stays. For larger groups of people, we can manage the reservation of other homes very close to this one, and of similar qualities and services.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
The apartment is in one of the three blocks that surround a pedestrian area, which children can use to run around a bit.
As long as they are accompanied and it is not at rest hours from the neighbors. This area is accessed from Calle Castellar by crossing a gate, which is always kept closed.
It is a residential building where people live permanently who have the right to live in harmony with the guests who visit us. We urge you to respect the hours of rest and to treat the common elements of the building with respect and care.
Upon arrival you will find the beds prepared, a shower towel per guest and in the bathroom a hand towel and a shower mat. In the bathroom we will leave courtesy hygiene products, such as some toilet paper rolls, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also find courtesy products in the kitchen, such as coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, napkins. We will also leave cleaning products such as dishwasher soap, and various cleaning products (washing machine soap is excluded). All these bed and bath linens and products are courtesy and will not be replaced during the stay.
During your stay you can request the services of cleaning the apartment, periodic cleaning for longer stays, bed linen and towel change service, additional towels, childcare service, home health care service or test performance service. PCR approved for air travel. All these services have an additional cost. For stays of 8 nights or more we will leave an additional set of sheets and towels at no cost.
ATTENTION TO GUESTS
A member of our guest reception team will receive you at the apartment. We speak Spanish and English.
We know the city perfectly and will give you the best advice on where to go. We will also explain how the apartment works and we will give you some good advice on monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows.
During your stay I will be at your disposal in case you need me for anything. We love doing this because in Seville we love our city, and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. For this reason we are going to ask you 2 favors.
1.- If you have any problem with the operation of something in the apartment, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If you have any problem in the city, if you have any questions about how to get something, any advice about the city, etc., we ask you to let us know. We will be happy to help you.
Our Check in team will be reachable throughout your stay by phone. Our guest reception team will give you some advice about monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They will try to answer all the questions of our guests.
In any case, we have prepared extensive documentation for you where you can find all kinds of recommendations and information about means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show. We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers, telephone numbers of interest and of course maps and recommended visits, especially taking into account the tastes of the smallest members of the family, with a specific guide for them. We love doing this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
OTHER REMARKABLE ASPECTS
The apartment has an arrival time from 10:00 am and departure until 9:00 pm. If you need to enter before 10:00 am, please contact us. Given the exceptionality of the entry time, it is very important to us that you indicate the arrival time as precisely as possible. This early check in and late check out rule
In the house we have 6 house rules:
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment and to have pets staying in it. If you need to smoke, do it on the terrace or in the street, but never in the common areas of the building.
Respect the rest of our Neighbors. Let's help maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise during rest hours (11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are totally prohibited
Before you leave, use the dishwasher to clean all the kitchen utensils and utensils. We've left dishwasher tablets under the kitchen sink.
Deposit the garbage that you have generated in the street containers before leaving on the day of departure. We will inform you where the nearest container is located.
Make rational use of Air Conditioning. Use it only when you are at home and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we help the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really need it.
The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the house. If you do laundry, we ask you to store it in the interior patio of the apartment.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This apartment is located in the area called San Luis. San Luis is a street that begins at the well-known Basilica de La Macarena right at one of the entrance gates to the city that are still preserved from the old wall. And it ends in the Plaza de San Marcos, in a 14th century church in the Gothic-Mudejar style.
Just 20 meters from San Marcos square is my apartment, on Castellar street, which connects San Marcos with another well-known area called Calle Feria.
On Calle Feria, the famous “Thursday” market is held every Thursday of the year. The Mercado de Abastos de la Calle Feria, located just 400 meters away, is the market with the most flavor and tradition in the city. Next to this market you can visit the Neo-Mudejar Palace of the Marqueses of La Algaba and the Church of the Omnium Santorium for free.
But the true architectural jewel of the neighborhood is the Church of San Luis de los Franceses, known as the jewel of the Sevillian baroque.
This area of the city is quite quiet, largely residential, with the possibility of accessing the historic tourist area, the shopping center area and the part of Alameda de Hércules with more options to eat, drink and relax, in a few minutes.
If you come with children, the Alameda de Hércules is configured so that they can entertain themselves with a wide pedestrian area and the older ones can enjoy the local gastronomy or digestives, never losing sight of them. Everyone happy!
I, who have traveled a lot with two twins, have missed spaces of this type to rest from the children, precisely.
In summary, I believe that this part of the city allows you to live a Seville of aborigines with adequate prices and quality adapted to those who enjoy it beyond holidays and weekends.
Or, moving 10 minutes in each cardinal axis, enjoy the most touristy and lively Seville. And low prices too, I don't consider this city expensive, really.
ADDRESSES
The apartment is located about 15-20 minutes walk from the best known monuments of the city. If you prefer public transport you can use the C5 bus that leaves you at all the monuments in the city.
We have recently reached an agreement with a transport service to be able to offer a pick-up service at the airport. The driver would be waiting at the arrivals gate of the Seville airport and would take you directly to the apartment. He knows which apartment is and he would let us know when you have arrived so that we are waiting at the door of the apartment. We only need to know the flight number, landing time and the name and first surname of each one of you. The price of the service is similar to taking a taxi in line at the airport (€35 for a transfer of 4 passengers and €65.00 for a minivan transfer for up to 6 passengers) but somewhat more comfortable.
