SUMMARY:

PARKING INCLUDED AND COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL IN THE SUMMER. The apartment is in a Seville house, very quiet and bright. Equipped with two bedrooms with two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) and its location in a quiet area of ​​the city's monumental area, make this apartment an ideal place to visit the city and also to rest. The parking is located in the basement of the building. Check vehicle dimensions. Access roads may be somewhat narrow. The pool is shared with the rest of the building's residents and is only open in the summer (approximately from June 1 to September 30)

THE ACCOMMODATION:

Located on the second floor of a residential building, this bright and quiet apartment faces the large and sunny central courtyard of this residential building that distributes them through a perimeter corridor to the courtyard. As it faces the courtyard on the second floor, it is not only bright, but also very quiet as it avoids the noise of pedestrians and vehicles on the street.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main room has a double bed of 150 x 190 and from the main bedroom you can access one of the two bathrooms in the apartment. It has a wardrobe and faces a very bright courtyard, although it has blinds to darken the bedroom for resting. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 190 and is divided into two parts, a work area and a rest area. It could even be configured so that there was a bed in each area. This bedroom is attached to the second bathroom, although it is not accessed from the bedroom. The bathroom of the main bedroom has a bathtub, while the other bathroom has a shower.

The living room is spacious and bright and is connected to the kitchen through a serving hatch. It is equipped with a 3-seater sofa, armchair and dining table for 4 people. It also has a 50-inch smart TV. The living room faces the main courtyard of the building. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven and Nespresso-compatible capsule coffee maker, as well as all the necessary kitchenware for a stay of 4 guests. The apartment has centralized hot/cold air conditioning and internet. The accommodation has a parking space in the basement of the building that is included in the reservation.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS:

This is a Sevillian house that is organized around a patio with a distribution gallery. It has an elevator that connects to the second floor where the apartment is located and also connects to the parking located in the basement of the building.

The parking that we have available for our guests is in the same building and is accessed from Lirio Street. IMPORTANT:Please note that the building is located in the old Muslim area of ​​the city, which is characterized by narrow streets where it can be uncomfortable to circulate. Therefore, we will send you precise instructions so that you do not have problems accessing it. Please follow our instructions. The maneuverability inside the parking lot is good, although it is not a garage like those in modern shopping centers, so we recommend normal-sized cars. Large vehicles such as vans or large 4x4s may have great problems accessing it. If you have any doubts about whether your car can be parked in the garage, please tell us the make and model of your car and we will confirm its compatibility.Non-use of the parking space, for whatever reason, does not entitle you to a reduction in the price of your reservation.

The swimming pool is located on the roof of the building and is open from 15 May to 15 October approximately. The hours of use are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., although noise is not permitted from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. as this is a rest time. We will inform you of the rules of operation upon arrival.

Upon arrival you will find the beds prepared, a shower towel and a hand towel per guest and a hand towel and a shower mat in the bathroom. We will leave complimentary hygiene products in the bathroom, such as some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also find complimentary products in the kitchen, such as some coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, napkins. These products are complimentary and will not be replenished during your stay. We will also leave various cleaning products (excluding washing machine soap). All these bed and bath linens and products are complimentary and will not be replenished during your stay. We do not have daily room service, so we cannot replenish products or clean the apartment daily or change bed and bath linen. For stays of 8 nights or more, we will leave an additional set of sheets and towels at no cost.

During your stay you can request the services of Apartment cleaning, Periodic cleaning for longer stays, bed linen and towel change service, additional towels, childcare service, home medical care service or PCR test service approved for air travel. All these services have an additional cost.

GUEST SERVICE

We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. For this reason we are going to ask you two favors.
  1. If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
  2. If you have any problem in the city, any doubt about how to get something, you need some advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.
Our Check-in team will be available throughout your stay. They will give you some advice about monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They will try to answer all the questions of our guests.

In any case, we have prepared for you a wide documentation where you can find recommendations and information of all kinds about means of transport, places to eat, have a beer, some delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show. We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centres, useful telephone numbers and of course maps and recommended visits, taking into account the tastes of the little ones in the house, with a specific guide for them. We love to do this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

OTHER OUTSTANDING ASPECTS

In the apartment we have 6 house rules:
  1. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the common areas of the building. If you need to smoke, do so on the street, but never in the common areas of the building.
  2. It is forbidden to have pets staying in the apartment.
  3. Respect the rest of our neighbours. Let us help maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise during rest hours (11pm to 9am and 3pm to 5pm) are totally prohibited.
  4. Deposit the rubbish you have generated in the street containers before leaving on the day of departure. We will inform you where the nearest container is.
  5. Make rational use of the air conditioning. Use it only when you are in the apartment and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we be helping the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really need it.
  6. The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the apartment. If you do laundry, we ask that you hang it on the terrace or inside the apartment.
It is very important for us that everything is organized upon your arrival, but unforeseen events always arise. We ask that you provide us with the telephone number and an email address that you bring to Seville, as well as your email address so that we can contact you in case of need. It is very easy to communicate with us by phone or through the application of the channel through which you made the reservation.

For the delivery of keys,you can choose the method that best suits your needs. You can request a face-to-face delivery of keys and a member of our reception team will wait for you at the apartment. This option is available and free of charge between 15:00 and 21:00. Outside of these hours, this in-person option costs €40.00. The second option is to enter the apartment with a virtual key. This option is always free at any time. If you choose this option, we will contact you a few days before to provide you with the information and request your details for admission.

Early Check in / Late Check out service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If on the day of your arrival in Seville you want to enter the apartment before the time set for the delivery of keys (15:00) and ONLY if there is availability, we can offer you an early check in for a small supplement of €30.00 for check-in before 14:00. On the other hand, if on the day of your departure you need to make a late check-out (after 11.00 am) we can offer you the Late Check-out service, ONLY if there is availability, for a small supplement of €30.00 for check-outs after 12.00, although the maximum time of stay in the apartment is 18.00.

If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, you only need to tell us the tax details to whom we should issue the invoice and we will give it to you during the reception at the apartment.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Located in the monumental area of ​​Seville, within the limits of the old Jewish quarter of the city. Very close to the Casa Pilatos palace, and a stone's throw from the Plaza de la Alfalfa, the Salvador church, the Seville Cathedral, the Town Hall, and the Royal Alcázares.

The most notable leisure areas are the famous 'Carbonería', a bar with a lot of Sevillian flavour where you can catch some flamenco singing, the Arab baths on Calle Aire, where you can enjoy relaxing baths and massages, the bars and restaurants on the Plaza de la Alfalfa and the Plaza de la Pescadería, some bars with drinks in the vicinity. You won't be able to get bored.

Plaza de la Alfalfa is the perfect place to have breakfast, as there you will find all kinds of breakfasts, from the typical ham toast, coffee and fresh orange juice, to churros with chocolate, as well as pastries and English breakfasts.

There are some supermarkets and shops around the apartment where you can buy supplies for the apartment.

DIRECTIONS

To get around the city's monumental area you must walk, as most of the streets in the city centre are not accessible to vehicles. You can use the public bicycles. From the airport there are two ways to get to the apartment. The first is by bus. If you are going to take this option (the cheapest but the one that will take you the longest) you must take the Airport Bus to the Santa Justa train station. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, whose stop is at the exit of the arrivals area. The frequency is every 23 minutes and it operates from 4:30 to 0:00. The price is € 5.00 per person per trip and the journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa (the stop where you must get off). You can buy the ticket on the bus itself.

At the Santa Justa train station you have to get off and look for the bus stop number 21, which is about 100 meters away on the opposite side of the station. You have to take the bus number 21 in the direction of Prado de San Sebastián. The fare is €1.50 per person. You can buy the ticket from the bus driver. You have to get off at the stop located on Calle Menéndez Pelayo in front of number 55 and walk about 3 minutes along Calle Estella / Calle Conde de Ibarra until you reach Calle Lirio.

The taxi is more comfortable and faster than the bus, but it is a little more expensive (around €25-€35). There is a fixed rate for trips from the airport to any place in the city of Seville, from Monday to Friday €25 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays €28.00. Easter and Fair €35. They may charge for extra luggage although this is not usual.

To get around the city (not the historic centre, which you can do on foot) you have the Tram available next to the apartment, which takes you to the San Bernardo train station (not to Santa Justa), the metro and a multitude of buses, including line 21 which takes you to both the Plaza de Armas bus station and the Santa Justa train station, or the C4 which takes you directly to Santa Justa

We have recently reached an agreement with a taxi service to be able to offer a pick-up service at the airport. The driver would be waiting at the Arrivals gate of Seville airport and would take you directly to the apartment. To make the reservation we only need to know the flight number, landing time and the name and surname of the person making the reservation.
