SUMMARY

Newly built, spacious and modern loft-style apartment where the most sustainable solutions have been applied for guest accommodation. Ideal apartment for Digital Nomads and corporate clients, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a work area and a unique living room and kitchen space. Located in the residential neighborhood of Seville East, it is close to all the services typical of a residential area, such as supermarkets, specialty stores (butchers, fishmongers), bars and restaurants, gyms, health services, etc., and therefore ideal for temporary stays of airport workers and work centers located in the vicinity of the productive area of ​​the city. Equipped with all amenities (A / C, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, work area, Smart TV, iron and hair dryer). Easy connection by car to the city's main arteries (SE30, SE40, and exits to Madrid and Malaga) and commuter train station and bus lines to the city centre, particularly the Express Line, with a stop 2 minutes from the apartment and dropping you off at Plaza de España (historic centre) in 15 minutes.

SPACE

This is a recently renovated apartment on the ground floor of a building. It has a direct entrance from the street. It is an apartment with two bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom en suite (entrance to the bathroom from the bedroom), living room, kitchen-diner, work space and a second bathroom next to the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have a large built-in wardrobe with three doors with drawers and hangers. The living room has two sofas, one of them a sofa bed, and a dining table for 6 comfortable diners. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area but at a different height, so both spaces are independent. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (dishwasher, washer-dryer, 3-ring ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and extractor hood) and small appliances (Nesspresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, juicer, etc.) and is provided with the necessary kitchenware for long stays of up to 6 people (pots, pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, etc.). It is a spacious apartment ideal for two workers who do not share a bedroom or bathroom but do share common spaces, or for a family with two children. The apartment has Wi-Fi and Ethernet internet connection and hot/cold air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room. Access to the apartment is via digital key, which not only allows access at any time of day upon arrival, but is also a great tool to ensure the security of the apartment.

The bedrooms have a double bed measuring 150 x 190 cm, provided with a comfortable 27 cm thick mattress. The bed is prepared with the necessary linen, a replacement set for reservations of 8 nights or more and two pillows per person.

The bathrooms are equipped with a large shower, toilet with hygienic shower and sink with drawers. The hot water system is electric accumulator. In the bathroom we will leave complimentary products such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. These complimentary products are not replenished during the stay. The bathroom has a hair dryer, toilet brush and toilet bucket. We will leave a set of bath and hand towels per guest and a replacement set for reservations of 8 nights or more.

It is a comfortable, cozy apartment, well connected to the city, modern and with everything necessary for long stays. The electricity is 100% renewable.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS

This is an apartment located on the ground floor of the building with access from the street, independent from the rest of the building, so it does not have common areas. There is parking space on the street from which you enter.

Upon arrival, you will find the beds made up and a shower towel per guest, along with complimentary products in the bathroom and kitchen. During your stay, you can request additional services at an additional cost, such as periodic cleaning, change of sheets and towels, and home medical care. For stays of 8 nights or more, an additional set of sheets and towels will be provided at no additional cost.

In the apartment you will find a work table with a chair, a lamp, and a monitor where you can connect your laptop.
ATTENTION TO GUESTS

Once you have made your reservation, we will contact you to send you a link to an exclusive web app for your stay. In it, you will not only be able to register your guests, but you will also be able to make pending payments, obtain all the information on how to get to the apartment, instructions for parking your car, Wi-Fi connection, nearby restaurants and supermarkets, etc. We ask that you read it carefully when you receive it to better enjoy your stay and make use of the services included.

Access to the apartment is preferably done autonomously, using a virtual lock to which we will send you a link once you have registered the guests. To do this, you will need to upload a photo of your ID or passport and a selfie to the application, so that we can verify that the data is correct and corresponds to your official document. The program automatically deletes all information after your arrival, after sending the information to the authorities, in strict compliance with the data protection law and the regulations regarding Accommodation. If you prefer not to send us your communication by this means, we can offer you a face-to-face check-in (free of charge) between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. For times outside this range, the cost of face-to-face check-in is €50.

Please remember that this personal information for all guests over 14 years of age is essential in order to give you access to the apartment, and it is an obligation that we have to comply with in front of the public security authorities for hosting people.

1.- If you have any problems with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.

2.- If you have any problems in the city, any questions about how to get something, need some advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.

Our reception team will be available throughout your stay on the telephone number provided, where they will answer all of our guests' questions.

We can offer recommendations and information about means of transport, places to eat, have a drink, enjoy flamenco shows, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centres, useful telephone numbers, maps and recommended visits.

OTHER NOTABLE ASPECTS

To avoid unnecessary waits, we ask you to carefully read all the information we send you with your reservation web app. In it we send you the links to the locations of the apartment and the parking lot. You will also find links to our explanatory videos on how to get there, how to find parking or how the apartment equipment works (Air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc.)

The apartment is delivered clean and with bed and bathroom linen (the bed prepared with sheets, pillowcases, etc.). If your reservation is for more than 8 nights or more, you will find a replacement set in the apartment closets so that you can replace the bed or bath linen yourself. If your reservation is for 15 nights or more, we will replace both the bed and bathroom linen set in use and the replacement set every two weeks.

We can offer you a cleaning service during your stay for €45, which includes cleaning the entire apartment and we will replace a set of linen. This service must be contracted at least 48 hours in advance of the date you want us to clean the apartment. We also have transfer services to the airport or train station, replacement service for extra lingerie, sale of tickets to shows, etc. Just ask us and we will be happy to help you.

The apartment is delivered with the following amenities or courtesy products: Toilet paper, at least two rolls, shampoo, gel, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, general cleaning products for the kitchen and floor, and some products for the first days of your stay with coffee capsules, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, milk capsules, etc. The amenities are courtesy products so that, when you arrive at the apartments, you can make full use of it. These courtesy products will not be replaced during your stay, nor during any cleaning that may be contracted. The amenities do not include personal hygiene products or detergent for the washing machine.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is located in the East Seville neighborhood, very close to one of the main avenues: Emilio Lemos. It is an eminently residential area of ​​the city, so it is provided with all the services you may need. Very close to the airport and the most important industrial estates in the city and very well connected to the city by bus.

In the immediate surroundings of the apartment you can find a supermarket of the MERCADONA chain just 100 meters away, gyms, a multitude of restaurants from which to choose between Sevillian food, Italian food, burger joints, fast food and tapas bars, as well as cafes and cocktail bars. There is also a medical center 100 meters from the apartment

It is a neighborhood well connected to the city, very safe and where you can find any type of service you need for your stay

ADDRESSES

The apartment is distinguished by being well connected to the city centre, Santa Justa train station and the road infrastructure networks.

Being next to a main avenue, the connections to the rest of the city by public transport are good. There are 4 bus lines: 400 meters from the apartment there is a stop for line 27 that takes you to the city center (Plaza del Duque), 150 meters from the apartment there is line B4, which takes you to the San Bernardo station (where there is an interchange with the tram, metro and local train network) and Nervión (Sevilla F.C Stadium), 170 meters away is the stop for Line 22 that takes you to Prado de San Sebastian, but if your final destination is Prado de San Sebastian it is preferable to go to the stop located 600 meters away on line LE, which is a faster shuttle than line 22, which in just 7 stops takes you to Prado de San Sebastian, which is a modal interchange (Metro, tram, bus station, airport bus, etc.) next to the center (Plaza de España and university).

There is a suburban train station (Palacio de Congresos) 20 minutes away on foot from the apartment, where you can take the C4 line, which connects with the Santa Justa train station (AVE connection and airport bus), Ciudad Sanitaria Virgen del Rocío, Apeadero de San Bernardo and Palmete. If you prefer, you can take the B4 bus line (stop 150 metres from the apartment) or 27 (400 metres but with fewer stops to the train station) which has a stop next to the suburban train station.

The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Seville ring road, the SE-30, 5 minutes from the motorway to the airport, Córdoba and Madrid and 3 minutes from the motorway to Granada, Málaga, where the industrial estates and work centres are located. The cycle lane network also passes 1 minute from the apartment.
