ACCOMMODATION
We have prepared our apartment to make your stay in Seville an unforgettable experience. This spacious, quiet and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with everything you need to make your stay in it fantastic.
Our living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two people that opens very easily. The sofa is two-seater. We have prepared a table for 4 people so that breakfasts and meals are more comfortable and very pleasant, in the apartment you will find two folding chairs for your free use. The television is Smart TV. It also has free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and central air conditioning.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
The building does not have common areas that can be used by guests.
Upon arrival you will find the beds prepared, a shower towel per guest and in the bathroom a hand towel and a shower mat. In the bathroom we will leave courtesy hygiene products, such as some toilet paper rolls, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also find courtesy products in the kitchen, such as some coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, napkins. These products are complimentary and will not be replenished during your stay. We will also leave various cleaning products (washing machine soap is excluded). All these bed and bath linens and products are courtesy and will not be replaced during the stay.
During your stay you can request the services of cleaning the apartment, periodic cleaning for longer stays, bed linen and towel change service, additional towels, childcare service, home health care service or test performance service. PCR approved for air travel. All these services have an additional cost. For stays of 8 nights or more we will leave an additional set of sheets and towels at no cost.
ATTENTION TO GUESTS
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That is why we are going to ask you two favors.
1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If you have any problem in the city, any doubt about how to get something, you need some advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.
Our Check in team will be reachable throughout your stay. Our guest reception team will give you some advice about monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They will try to answer all the questions of our guests.
In any case, we have prepared extensive documentation for you where you can find all kinds of recommendations and information about means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show. We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers, telephone numbers of interest and of course maps and recommended visits, especially taking into account the tastes of the smallest members of the family, with a specific guide for them. We love doing this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
OTHER REMARKABLE ASPECTS
In the house we have 5 house rules:
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment and to have pets staying in it. If you need to smoke, do it on the terrace or in the street, but never in the common areas of the building.
Respect the rest of our Neighbors. Let's help maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise during rest hours (11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are totally prohibited
Deposit the garbage that you have generated in the street containers before leaving on the day of departure. We will inform you where the nearest container is located.
Make rational use of Air Conditioning. Use it only when you are at home and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we help the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really need it.
The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the house. If you do laundry, we ask you to store it on the terrace or inside the apartment.
For us it is very important that everything is organized upon your arrival, but unforeseen events always arise. Please provide us with the telephone number and an email that you bring to Seville, as well as your email to contact you in case of need. It is very easy to communicate with us through phone or through the application of the channel through which you have made the reservation
For the delivery of keys you can choose the method that best suits your needs. You can request an in-person key delivery and a member of our reception team will wait for you at the apartment. This option is available and free between 15:00 and 21:00. Outside these hours, this face-to-face option has a cost of €40.00. The second option is to enter the apartment with a code. This option is always free at any time. If you choose this option, we will contact you a few days before to provide you with the information and request the data for admission.
Early Check in / Late Check out service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If on the day of your arrival in Seville you want to enter the apartment before the time set for handing over the keys (3:00 p.m.) and ONLY if there is availability, we can offer you an early check-in for a small supplement of €30.00 for tickets before from 2:00 p.m. On the other hand, if on the day of your departure you need to make a late departure (after 11.00 am) we can offer you the Late Check out service, ONLY if there is availability, for a small supplement of €30.00 for departures after 12.00, although the maximum time to stay in the apartment is 18.00
If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, you only have to indicate the fiscal data to which we must issue the invoice and we will deliver it to you when you receive it at the apartment.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located on Calle Goyeneta, which is very close to the famous Setas de Sevilla and Plaza de la Encarnación, an ideal place for drinks and tapas. 5 minutes away you will find the famous Tetuán and Sierpes streets, full of shops and famous businesses in the city.
Located in one of the most residential areas of the city, but it is also 10 minutes from the cathedral, Alcázar, City Hall and the Church of El Salvador among other monuments. A little further, 1 km from the apartment through the historic center you will find the famous Torre del Oro next to the Guadalquivir River.
HOW TO MOVE
The apartment is ideal for getting around on foot. If you come to Seville by car, we recommend that you contact us so that we can find one of the car parks that we have available in the city.
The cheapest and best way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. You must take the Special Airport line (EA) right at the stop that you will see when you leave the Arrivals door. The duration is 15 min. About. The ticket price is €4.00. The frequency is 23 minutes and it is operating from 4:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. You must get off at the 'Santa Justa Station' stop. There you have to take bus number 32, towards Plaza de la Encarnación and get off at the 'Plaza de la Encarnación' stop. The duration is 15 min. approx. The ticket price is €1.40. Afterwards, you must walk 9 min. Up to the apartment.
The taxi is more comfortable, but it is a little more expensive (around €24-30). A rate is established for trips from the airport to any place in the city of Seville, from Monday to Friday €22 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays €24.50. They can charge luggage accessories although it is not usual.
We have recently reached an agreement with a transport service to be able to offer a pick-up service at the airport. The driver would be waiting at the Arrivals door of the Seville airport and would take you directly to the apartment. To make the reservation we only need to know the flight number, landing time and the name and first surname of the person making the reservation. The service fee is similar to taking a taxi at the airport queue (€35 for a transfer of 4 passengers and €65 for a transfer of up to 6 passengers). If you want I can reserve it for you.
