Spacious, quiet, bright and comfortable one-bedroom apartment ideal for couples, perfectly connected to the airport and train station and just two minutes' walk from the Alameda de Hércules and 15 minutes from the most important monuments in the city. Located on a quiet street in the financial area of the city, it is surrounded by the best restaurants, tapas bars and shops in the city. ACCOMMODATION
We have prepared our apartment to make your stay in Seville an unforgettable experience. This spacious, quiet and bright 1-bedroom apartment is equipped with everything you need to make your stay a fantastic one.
Our spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for two people that opens very easily. The sofa has three seats and is accompanied by an armchair. We have prepared a table for 4 people next to the kitchen so that breakfasts and meals are more comfortable and very pleasant. The television is Smart TV. It also has free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
The building does not have common areas that can be used by guests. It should only be remembered that it is a building without an elevator and that our apartment is on the second floor. The terrace of the building is communal and can be used to hang clothes
Upon arrival you will find the beds made up, a shower towel per guest and a hand towel and a shower mat in the bathroom. In the bathroom we will leave courtesy hygienic products, such as some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also find courtesy products in the kitchen, such as some coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, napkins. These products are courtesy and will not be replenished during your stay. We will also leave cleaning products such as dishwashing soap and various cleaning products (washing machine soap is excluded). All these bed and bath linens and products are courtesy and will not be replenished during the stay.
During your stay you can request the services of cleaning the apartment, periodic cleaning for longer stays, change of bed linen and towels, additional towels, childcare service, home health care service or test performance service. PCR approved to travel by plane. All these services have an additional cost. For stays of 8 nights or more, we will leave an additional set of sheets and towels at no cost.
ATTENTION TO GUESTS
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That is why we are going to ask you two favors.
1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If you have any problems in the city, any questions about how to get something, you need some advice about Seville, etc, we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.
Our Check-in team will be contactable throughout your stay on the phone. Our guest reception team will give you some advice on monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They will try to answer all the questions of our guests.
In any case, we have prepared extensive documentation for you where you can find recommendations and information of all kinds about means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, some delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show. We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers, useful telephone numbers and, of course, maps and recommended visits, especially taking into account the tastes of the smallest of the house, with a specific guide for them. We love doing this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
OTHER NOTEWORTHY ASPECTS
In the house we have 5 house rules:
1. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment and to have pets staying in it. If you need to smoke, do so on the terrace or in the street, but never in the common areas of the building.
2. Respect the rest of our Neighbors. Let's help maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise during rest hours (11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are totally prohibited
3. Deposit the garbage you have generated in the street containers before leaving on the day of Departure. We will inform you where the nearest container is.
4. Make a rational use of the Air Conditioning. Use it only when you are in the house and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city Not only will we help the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really need it.
5. The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the house. If you do laundry, please store it on the terrace or inside the apartment.
For us it is very important that everything is organized upon your arrival, but unforeseen events always arise. Please provide us with the telephone number and an email address that you bring to Seville, as well as your email address so that we can contact you if necessary. It is very easy to communicate with us through whatsapp or through the application of the channel through which you have made the reservation.
For the delivery of keys you can choose the method that best suits your needs. You can request a face-to-face key collection and a member of our reception team will wait for you at the apartment. This option is available and free between 15:00 and 21:00. Outside these hours, this face-to-face option costs €40.00. The second option is to enter the apartment with a code. This option is always free at any time. If you choose this option, we will contact you a few days before to provide you with the information and request the data for admission.
Early Check in / Late Check out service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.If on the day of your arrival in Seville you want to enter the apartment before the time set for the delivery of the keys (3:00 p.m.) and ONLY if there is availability, we can offer you an early check in for a small supplement of €30.00 for tickets before from 2:00 p.m. On the other hand, if the day of your departure you need to make a late departure (after 11.00 am) we can offer you the Late Check out service, ONLY if there is availability, for a small supplement of €30.00 for departures after 11:00 am. 12.00, although the maximum time to stay in the apartment is 6:00 p.m.
If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, you only need to indicate the fiscal data to which we must issue the invoice and we will deliver it to you during reception at the apartment.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located on Calle Correduría de Sevilla, a street that connects the Alameda de Hércules and the popular Calle Feria. Very close to the famous Feria market, a meeting place for the inhabitants of the neighborhood and a place where you can buy fresh and exquisite products. It is also located 5 minutes from the main commercial areas of the city, and the golden mile of Seville. In it you will find all the most important and significant stores that are in the city. It is the Shopping Area of the Historic Center of the city.
Located in the most residential area of the city, in the authentic neighborhood of Feria, but it is also 15 minutes from the cathedral, Alcázar, City Hall, Iglesia del Salvador, and 5 minutes from Plaza de la Encarnación and many other monuments of the city that you can visit on foot without much effort.
The Calle Feria market, supermarkets open 7 days a week, and top-rated restaurants are all in the area, making your stay in our apartment very comfortable. Its perfect connection with the train station and the airport is the icing on the cake of its excellent location.
HOW TO MOVE
The apartment is ideal for getting around on foot. If you come to Seville by car, we recommend that you contact us so that we can find one of the car parks that we have available in the city.
The cheapest and best way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. You must take the Special Airport line (EA) right at the stop that you will see when you exit the Arrivals gate. The duration is 15 min. About. The ticket price is €4.00. The frequency is 23 minutes and it is operating from 4:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. You must get off at the 'Estación de Santa Justa' stop. There you have to take bus number 32, towards Plaza del Duque and get off at the 'Plaza del Duque' stop. The duration is 15 min. Approx. The ticket price is €1.40. Afterwards, you must walk 5 min. Up to the apartment.
The taxi is more comfortable, but it is a bit more expensive (around €24-€30). A rate is established for trips from the airport to any place in the city of Seville, from Monday to Friday €22 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays €24.50. They can charge luggage accessories although it is not usual.
We have recently reached an agreement with a transportation service to be able to offer an airport pick-up service. The driver would be waiting at the Arrivals gate of the Seville airport and would take you directly to the apartment. To make the reservation we only need to know the flight number, landing time and the name and first surname of the person making the reservation. The service rate is similar to taking a taxi in the airport queue (€35 for a transfer of 4 passengers and €65 for a transfer of up to 6 passengers). If you want I can reserve it for you.
