BN Bright apartment for families Excellent Location
SUMMARY:
A very quiet, bright, well-equipped and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment located next to the Guadalquivir River and the Triana Bridge. It is fully equipped and is ideal for your visit to Seville as it is very close to the most important monuments of the city such as the Triana Bridge, the Maestranza or the Torre del Oro. With three bedrooms, two of them equipped with a desk, it makes it ideal for workers or digital nomads. Its location is not only ideal for its proximity to the most important monuments of the city that are accessible on foot, but also for its connection to the train station, buses and airport, for its proximity to markets and shops and for its easy access by car, with several public parking lots in the area.
THE SPACE:
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a residential building. The apartment faces a very spacious and bright quiet courtyard which makes it very quiet and free of traffic noise. Our apartment is distributed with three bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a dining table. The building has an elevator
There are three bedrooms, the main one with a double bed measuring 150 x 190, the second bedroom with two single beds, and the third bedroom with a single bed and a desk. The second bedroom can be configured with a single bed and a desk.
All rooms have windows to the outside and systems to darken the room. They also have air conditioning and heating. They have wardrobes
All beds are high quality and large (150 x 190 cm for the double bed and 90 x 190 for the other single beds). The sheets and towels that we will leave in the apartment are of quality.
In the living room there is a TV, sofas and a dining table. It is the meeting place where you can share the experiences of the day with your family or friends. The dining table is extendable and we have extra chairs for reservations with more than 4 guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. We have equipped the kitchen with all the utensils to be able to prepare food for 5 people. Likewise, the kitchenware is sufficient for an occupancy of 5 people. Also in the kitchen you will find small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, iron, etc.
The bathroom has a rain shower, toilet and sink. There is no other bathroom or toilet.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS:
This is a residential building where you will share the common elements with the other residents of the building. We ask that you treat the building as if you were a regular resident of it. For this we indicate some rules that the other residents follow.
- Do not leave rubbish in the common areas. You must deposit it in the containers on the street.
- Do not overload the elevator with more people than indicated.
- Please do not hang clothes in places not designated for this purpose.
- Please respect our neighbours' hours of rest
Upon arrival you will find the beds made up, a shower towel and a hand towel per guest and a hand towel and a shower mat in the bathroom. In the bathroom we will leave complimentary hygiene products, such as some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also find complimentary products in the kitchen, such as some coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, napkins. These products are complimentary and will not be replenished during your stay. We will also leave various cleaning products (excluding washing machine soap). All these bed and bath linens and products are complimentary and will not be replenished during your stay. We do not have daily room service, so we cannot replenish products or clean the apartment daily or change bed and bath linen. For stays of 8 nights or more, we will provide an additional set of sheets and towels at no extra cost
During your stay, you can request apartment cleaning services, periodic cleaning for longer stays, bed linen and towel change service, additional towels, childcare service, home medical care service or PCR test service approved for air travel. All of these services have an additional cost.
ATTENTION TO GUESTS:
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. For this reason we are going to ask you two favors.
1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If you have any problem in the city, any doubt about how to get something, you need some advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.
Our Check-in team will be available throughout your stay. Our guest reception team will give you some advice about monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They will try to answer all the questions of our guests.
In any case, we have prepared for you a wide documentation where you can find recommendations and information of all kinds about means of transport, places to eat, have a beer, some delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show. We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centres, useful telephone numbers and of course maps and recommended visits, taking into account the tastes of the little ones in the house, with a specific guide for them. We love to do this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
OTHER OUTSTANDING ASPECTS:
In the apartment we have 6 house rules:
- Pets are not welcome in this apartment. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. If you need to smoke, do so in the street, never in the common areas of the building.
- Respect the rest of our neighbours. Let us help maintain harmony in the building. Parties are prohibited, as is noise during quiet hours (11pm to 9am and 2pm to 5pm).
- Please deposit the rubbish you have generated before leaving on the day of departure in the street containers. We will inform you where the nearest container is.
- Make rational use of the air conditioning. Use it only when you are in the apartment and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we be helping the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really need it.
- The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the apartment. If you do a load of laundry, we ask you to hang it on the terrace or inside the apartment.
It is very important for us that everything is organised upon your arrival, but unforeseen events always arise. Please provide us with the telephone number and an email address that you bring to Seville, as well as your email address so that we can contact you in case of need. It is very easy to contact us by phone or through the app of the channel through which you made the reservation
For the delivery of keys you can choose the method that best suits your needs. You can request a face-to-face delivery of keys and a member of our reception team will wait for you at the apartment. This option is available and is free between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Outside of these hours this face-to-face option costs €40.00. The second option is to enter the apartment with a code. This option is always free at any time. If you choose this option we will contact you a few days before to provide you with the information and request your data for admission. Photographs of IDs or Passports and a Selfie photo of each guest over 14 years old will be requested
Early Check in / Late Check out service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.If on the day of your arrival in Seville you want to check in before the time set for the delivery of the keys (15.00) and ONLYif there is availability, we can offer you an early check in for a small supplement of €30.00 for check-in before 14.00. On the other hand, if on the day of your departure you need to make a late check out (after 11.00 am) we can offer you the Late Check out service, ONLY if there is availability, for a small supplement of €30.00 for check-outs after 12:00, although the maximum time of stay in the apartment is 18:00
If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, you only need to indicate the tax details to which we must issue the invoice and we will give it to you during the reception at the apartment.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in the area between the old wall of Seville and the Guadalquivir River, this area outside the city walls is characterized by its strategic position. It is in a strategic position to visit the city's monuments, all of which are accessible on foot. Its connectivity with transport centers is also unbeatable
The Triana Bridge is the closest monument just 3 minutes from the apartment. From there it will take another 3 minutes to the Maestranza Bullring and 3 more to the Torre del Oro. From the Torre del Oro it is about 5 minutes to the Alcazar and 2 to the Seville Cathedral. From the Torre del Oro it is 3 minutes to the San Telmo Palace and from the San Telmo Palace it is 3 minutes to the University and another 5 to the Plaza de España.
Just 4 minutes away we have the Plaza de Armas shopping center and about 10 minutes away is the Torre Triana shopping center, where you can do your shopping or go to chain restaurants. There is also a Mercadona supermarket about 7 minutes from the apartment.
You will find many restaurants serving Sevillian food on your way to the monuments, especially in the Arenal and Triana areas. We will send you some suggestions through our application once you have made your reservation. Also on the banks of the Guadalquivir River you will find bars and a riverside promenade where you can go running in a magnificent space.
DIRECTIONS
To get around the city's monumental area you must walk, as most of the streets in the city centre are not accessible to vehicles. You can use the public bicycles.
There are two ways to get to the apartment from the airport. The first is by bus. If you are going to take this option (the cheapest but the one that will take you the longest) you must take the Airport Bus to the Plaza de Armas bus station (last stop). From the stop you have a short journey to the apartment of about 7 minutes. The price is € 5.00 per person per journey and the journey takes approximately 20-25 minutes to Plaza de Armas. You can buy the ticket on the bus itself.
The second way (more expensive but more comfortable) to get from the airport to the apartment is by taxi. There is a set rate for journeys from the airport to any point in the city of Seville. (Monday to Friday 25,00€, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 30€. They may charge extra for suitcases although this is not usual).
We have recently reached an agreement with a taxi company to offer a pick-up service at the airport. The driver will be waiting at the arrivals gate of Seville airport with a sign with your name on it and will take you directly to the apartment. We only need to know the flight number, landing time, as well as the first and last name of each of you. The price of the service is similar to taking a taxi from the airport queue (35€ for a transfer of 4 passengers) but a bit more convenient. If you want, I can book it for you.
