This spacious, modern, comfortable and well-equipped 1-bedroom apartment is the ideal place to establish your workplace in Seville and enjoy this wonderful city. It was renovated less than 2 years ago with those people who value spaciousness, comfort and a good place to work in mind.
SPACE
We have designed and prepared the apartment thinking of an ideal place to live and work in Seville. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building in the Triana neighborhood. It has a large main space made up of the dining room - the kitchen and the work area. It is an open space that integrates the spaces for use with the spaces for circulation, so the feeling of spaciousness is spectacular. The private spaces of the house (bathroom and bedroom) are configured in a traditional way, maintaining the privacy of these spaces without sacrificing spaciousness. The bathroom has a large shower and a large sink with a drawer.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nesspreso coffee machine, independent work table, small appliances, etc. All this to make your stay as comfortable as possible and allow you to enjoy your stay. The internet connection is high-speed fiber, which allows connections for video calls without interruptions.
The living room, the bedroom and the bathroom are very spacious spaces in the apartment. The bedroom has enough storage space for two people's clothes. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a small sofa bed for one person (visitors). The bathroom has a large shower and is equipped with a rain shower and a hairdryer.
The apartment has a space to work, equipped with a large table, a lamp, a work chair and a tray for papers. This space is very cozy and allows you to concentrate on work.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
It is a residential building where people live permanently who have the right to live in harmony with the guests who visit us. We urge you to respect the hours of rest of our neighbors. There are no common elements since the house has direct access from the outside of the building.
ATTENTION TO GUESTS
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That is why we are going to ask you two favors.
1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If you have any problem in the city, any doubt about how to get something, you need some advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.
Our Check in team will be reachable throughout your stay on the telephone number that we will provide you. Our guest reception team will receive you at the apartment to explain how it works and give you some advice on monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They will try to answer all our guests' questions.
In any case, we have prepared extensive documentation for you where you can find all kinds of recommendations and information about means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show. We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers, telephone numbers of interest and of course maps and recommended visits, especially taking into account the tastes of the smallest members of the family, with a specific guide for them. We love doing this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
OTHER REMARKABLE ASPECTS
For us it is very important that everything is organized upon your arrival, but unforeseen events always arise. Please provide us with the telephone number that you bring to Seville, as well as your email address so that we can contact you if necessary. It is very easy to communicate with us through our phone or through the application from where you have reserved the apartment.
The entrace is done by a virtual key, which we will be sending after the registration it's done.
With the clear intention of complying with our tax obligations and the Andalusian tourist regulations, and in order to guarantee the rights of our guests, we are going to sign a rental contract where the conditions of your stay are included (price, entry hours and departure, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc). All conditions correspond to the rules of the house and other specifications included in this announcement. Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of both the owner and the guests according to the tourist regulations of Andalusia. If you wish to see the contract prior to your arrival, please request it and we will send you a copy by email.
Once your accommodation is over, if there is no scheduled check-in on the same date, you will have flexible hours to leave the apartment and thus enjoy your last day in our city more comfortably.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our apartment is located very close to the Guadalquivir river, in the Historic Center of Seville and within the Triana neighborhood, one of the most famous in the world, the cradle of great flamencos, bullfighters and potters.
It is very well located to enjoy the Holy Week processions, the famous April Fair and a bullfight.
Very close to the apartment there is a Mercadona chain supermarket, open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. except Sundays. Very close to the apartment there are many local shops.
ADDRESSES
It is a quiet street, but at the same time very close to all the places of interest and surrounded by all the services you may need, without having to resort to a means of transport other than your own legs, if you wish. In any case, you are close to bus, taxi and metro stops.
To visit the city center we recommend that you walk to the Torre del Oro. All the city's monuments are located in that area.
The best and cheapest way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. The stop called Marqués de Paradas is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. If you wish, I can send you a map with the route to get from the bus stop to the house. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, whose stop is at the exit of the arrival area. The frequency is 23 minutes and it is operating from 4:30 to 0:00. The price is €4.00 per person and trip and the journey time is approximately 30 minutes to the stop called 'Torre del Oro'. The taxi is more comfortable, but it is a little more expensive (about €24 -30 €)
From the Santa Justa train station there is no good connection with buses to the apartment. There are two options take a taxi. (what the taximeter shows + €1.40 supplement). The second option is, If you arrive in Seville by AVE, you should know that you have a commuter train ticket included in each ticket. Take the line that takes you to San Bernardo (only one stop). When you leave the San Bernardo station, go to the metro and take the line towards Ciudad Expo and get off at the 'Plaza de Cuba' stop and from there a short 3-minute walk to the apartment.
