RG INCREDIBLE TERRACE WITH VIEWS TO THE CATHEDRAL
Enjoy incredible views of the Cathedral of Seville and the Giralda from our terrace while having a glass of wine or one with your travel companions. The location is unbeatable, 100 meters from the Seville Cathedral and 300 meters from the Royal Alcázar of Seville. The apartment has 7 balconies to the street making it very bright. It is equipped with everything you need for cooking and enjoying your stay in the wonderful city of Seville. Air conditioning and heating, high speed wifi and TV with international channels. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
The apartment is in a building with only two houses (one house on each floor) and occupies the entire second floor. The building has no elevator. Our apartment is two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a fairly large double bed (1.50mx 2.00m), a wardrobe and two balconies facing the street. The second bedroom has another 1.35 x 2.00 double bed. This second bedroom is located at one end of the house, independent from the rest of the apartment through a screen to make it more comfortable and private. All balcony windows have a system to darken the rooms and living room. All rooms in the house have natural lighting and ventilation through the balconies to the street, and the bathroom and kitchen through windows to the interior courtyard of the building.
The apartment has centralized air conditioning, except in the bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious and has a shower plate and a window for easy ventilation. The living room has a comfortable sofa and an extendable dining table next to the kitchen. It also has a television with international channels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, equipped with a microwave, fridge, ceramic hob and dishwasher, as well as a dishwasher to make your stay in the apartment more comfortable. The apartment has internet via high speed wifi exclusively for this apartment.
The building has a terrace over the apartment with wonderful views of the Giralda and the cathedral. This terrace is common to the two houses in the building, although the house on the first floor is not occupied. On this terrace we have arranged some furniture to be able to enjoy it responsibly, respecting the rest of the other neighbors. On the terrace there are drying racks where you can hang clothes.

We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. So we are going to ask you two favors.
1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If you have any problems in the city, any questions about how to get something, you need any advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.

Our reception team will receive you at the apartment to explain how it works, indicate the parking place and give you some advice on monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows ... They will try to answer all the questions from our guests.
In any case, we have prepared for you an extensive documentation where you can find recommendations and information of all kinds on means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, some delicious sweets and / or enjoy a flamenco show.
We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers, telephone numbers of interest and, of course, maps and recommended visits, taking especially into account the tastes of the little ones in the house, with a specific guide for them.
We love doing this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
With the clear intention of complying with our tax obligations and with the tourist regulations of Andalusia, and in order to guarantee the rights of our guests, upon arrival we will sign a lease where the conditions of your stay are collected (price, hours of entry and exit, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc.). All conditions correspond to the house rules and other specifications included in it. Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of both the owner and guests according to tourist regulations.
Located next to the Cathedral and the Alcázar of Seville, the two most important and singular monuments of the city, the apartment is located in the most touristic area, so that restaurants, tapas bars, tourist information points and other attractions and monuments from the city are in the surroundings of the apartment. Upon your arrival we will give you directions to the nearest supermarket, public transport, recommended restaurants, and many other tips to enjoy Seville.
The cheapest and best way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. You must take the Special Airport (EA) line right at the stop you will see when you exit the Arrivals door. The ticket price is € 4. The frequency is 23 minutes and it is operating from 4:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. You must get off at the "Paseo de las Delicias - Almirante Lobo" stop. The duration is 30 min. approx. Afterwards, you must walk 10 min. to the apartment.
The taxi is more comfortable but it is a little more expensive (around € 24- € 30). A fee is established for trips from the airport to any place in the city of Seville, from Monday to Friday € 22 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays € 24.50. They can charge accessories for suitcases although it is not usual.
We have recently reached an agreement with a transport service to be able to offer an airport pick up service. The driver would be waiting at the Arrivals gate of Seville airport and would take you directly to the apartment. To make the reservation we only need to know the flight number, landing time and the name and first surname of the person making the reservation. The service fee is similar to taking a taxi in the airport queue (€ 30 for a 4-passenger transfer and € 60 for a transfer of up to 6 passengers). If you want I can reserve it for you.
