Visitas a El Alcázar

Today we communicate the great news that we can finally visit that jewel of Seville's heritage.

As a security measure, the capacity has been reduced from 750 to 250 people and the visits will be guided and with a marked one-way itinerary.

Tickets will be nominative and can only be purchased through the monument's website. At the moment the ticket offices are eliminated and therefore the cash payment. We send you the link for your purchase https://realalcazarvilla.sacatuentrada.es/

For security reasons not all rooms will be open, for now we will not be able to visit the Royal High Room, the Baths of Doña María de Padilla and the Hall of Justice as well as the Basement of the Pedro Palace and the Labyrinth Garden.

To also reduce the risks, the audio guide service and the paper brochures will not be available. The information will be provided exclusively by digital means (QR codes). Disinfectant gel dispensers will be enabled along the entire interior route and the entire staff has sanitary protection equipment.

The Alcazar also becomes an important cultural resource for the city, as it reopens its doors with a complete schedule for the coming months. Activities have been rescheduled to adapt to new protocols.

Specifically, the already traditional series of concerts Nights in the Gardens of the Real Alcázar of Seville - its XXI edition - will begin this year on July 15 and will last until September 27 with 75 concerts, the same as in past editions . For this, there will be concerts every day –in past editions they were not held on Sundays–, and their complete program will be presented in the coming weeks.

This cycle will be compatible with the cycle of Dramatized Visits of the Seville Classic Theater company dedicated to the commemoration of the V Centenary of the First World Tour. It will start on Thursday, July 2 with functions until the beginning of December, with three weekly: Thursday, Friday and Saturday (it is incorporated on Saturday to complete the number of functions planned) except on the days of the Biennial concert). Nights in the Gardens of the Alcázar and Dramatized Visits do not coincide on stages, hence they are compatible.
